Great Futures Academy is Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta's new, innovative approach to after school care. Our focus on relationship management, character, and leadership development prepares students for advancement in the workplace. We have a lineup of tested and proven nationally recognized programs that address today’s most pressing youth needs and teaching young people the skills they need to succeed in life.
We provide high quality afterschool care to Pre-K thru 12th grade students depending on the location. When school lets out until you pick your child up, they will be involved in purposeful programming. Pick up times vary by location, contact your local site for times.
More than 25 national programs are available in the areas of academics, STEM, health & fitness, the arts, college & career readiness, and character & leadership development. We provide programs for youth after school and during the summer months that are designed to meet identified needs and interests of the participants.
Our goal is to provide learning opportunities to boost academic performance, reduce risk-taking behaviors, and promote healthy lifestyles in a safe, positive environment. Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
